Most balloon units work from a 240V, single-phase power source.
Problems listed below occur when using 208V, 3-phase power source:
            HMI units: A. 1 ignitor won't "strike"       B. Color temperature rises.
            Tungsten units: A. Color temperature lowers
Tungsten units are dimmable, however Lights Up does not provide the dimmer. (20K "Stand-Alone")

The smaller the Balloon, the lower the acceptable wind speeds for keeping the Balloon aloft.
10-15 mph for the smaller balloons - 20 mph for the large ones. A good reference is to
observe flags... if they're flapping straight out, it's too windy!
